The hotel is in need of refreshing, with some worn-out rooms, but the service is excellent. The location is great, especially for pet owners, but the dining options are a bit limited.
The hotel is definitely due for a room upgrade as our room had a bit of wear and a lingering cigarette smoke smell. The service was a bit lacking in warmth, but the staff were helpful. The location is ideal, especially if you're traveling with pets, near a lovely park and just a quick drive to town. The dining options were somewhat limited, ending early, but the overall experience was good for the price. However, the musty smell in the room was a noticeable downside.
After a long journey when all you want is to relax in your room, the spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms at this hotel offer a comfortable stay. The simple furnishings may not be ideal for a disabled person, but overall, it's a good choice.
